What this website collects

Nothing you type, because there is nowhere to type. This site has no contact form, no application form, no account, no payment field, and no chat widget. It does not ask for your name, your address, or your phone number.

Every action here is a link out — a phone number, map directions, the secure application, and the resident portal. What happens after you follow one of those links is governed by the service on the other side of it, not by this notice.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies of its own. It runs no advertising pixels, no behavioral analytics, and no third-party tracking scripts. Fonts, images, and scripts are served from this website’s own domain rather than from an outside network, so reading a page here does not hand your visit to another company.

If that changes — if the community later adds analytics, a chat tool, or a form — this notice is updated before the change goes live, and this section is where it will be described.

Server logs

Like every website, the server that delivers these pages can record standard technical entries: an IP address, a browser and device type, the page requested, and the time it was requested. Those entries exist so the site can be operated and so abuse or an outage can be investigated.

They are held by the hosting provider under its own terms and retention schedule. This community does not use them for marketing, does not build a profile from them, and does not combine them with anything else. Rather than guess at a retention period here, management confirms that schedule with the host.

Applications and resident accounts

Rental applications, screening, identity verification, and payments are handled by the secure external application service at apply.regalcourtapartments.com (with a legacy SecureCafe application available as a fallback). Resident accounts are handled by the SecureCafe resident portal. Whatever you provide on those services is governed by their own privacy terms, not by this notice. Read those terms before you submit personal information.

Text messages

If you agree to receive text messages from the leasing or management team, that program has its own policy: which programs exist, how consent works, how to stop with a one-word reply, and what happens to your mobile number. Read the text message policy.

Two points from it belong here too. Consent to text messages is never a condition of renting or of any purchase. And no mobile opt-in information is sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes — it is shared only with the service providers who deliver the messages on the community’s behalf.

Phone calls

If you call the leasing team at (972) 954-9226, anything you share is handled by Styles Property Management under their own policies. This website is not involved in the call and keeps no record of it.

Children’s privacy

This website is not directed to children, has nothing on it for a child to submit, and does not knowingly collect information from children. Applications and leasing decisions are made by adults through the secure application. If you believe a child has provided information to this community through a service linked here, call (972) 954-9226 and the leasing team will look into it.

This notice describes what this website does. It does not attempt to state your rights under any particular law, and management or counsel should review the final language before launch.

If this website adds a feature that collects information, this notice is updated before that feature launches. The date at the top of this page is the date it was last updated.
