Vehicle gates, pedestrian gates, and building doors may use different credentials or procedures. Tour the route from parking to the available home and ask which access devices are provided.
Ask scenario-based questions
How does a guest enter? What should a mover do? Where does a rideshare driver wait? What happens if a credential is lost? Specific questions produce more useful answers than a general claim about gated living.
Keep personal research independent
People evaluate location and risk differently. Use current public information and your own visits for that research, and never treat an apartment advertisement or access gate as a guarantee.
